Curriculum Statement
The vision for the Business department is to bring the real world into the classroom by encouraging students to think critically about how businesses affect the economy and the vice versa; this is done through class discussions where students will apply their analytical and evaluative skills to demonstrate how the theories taught are tested in practice. We provide experiences outside of the classroom to activate students’ transferable skills and love of learning, such as team-working whilst promoting an independence to learn; by working with organisations such as The Arsenal and The IC6 consortium, we aim to deliver an outstanding experience and support the personal development of all students at COLAHG.
