At City of London Academy Highbury Grove we appreciate the importance of working in partnership with families and the local community.

When contacting staff you can email them directly or telephone the school switchboard on 020 7288 8900. The school switchboard will put you through to the individual extension – where one exists – or they can take a message and pass it on to the appropriate member of staff. Please be aware that some teachers do not have their own telephone.

If you have a query or concern please contact your child’s tutor in the first instance. These details will be sent in a separate introductory letter.

If you have query or concern related to your child’s academic progress you can contact the Director of Learning associated with your child’s year group:

If you have a curriculum specific question our curriculum leaders can be contacted on the emails below. 

If your query or concern relates to Special Education please contact our SENDCO, Dolores Assan at dassan@highburygrove.cola.org.uk

If you have concerns you wish to refer to the Senior Leadership please contact the Principal’s PA, Ms Kamyshna, at ekamyshna@highburygrove.cola.org.uk where upon she will redirect to the appropriate member of staff.

For all general queries, please email admin@highburygrove.cola.org.uk and your message will be passed onto the appropriate person. Please indicate clearly who you are trying to contact on the email. The school office will forward your email to the appropriate member of staff. In most cases, staff will endeavour to respond within 24 hours. However, this will not always be possible. The expectation is that you should receive a response within 48 hours.
