MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) – online payments
The MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) app allows parents and carers to make payments for school lunches, trips and other school activities.
How to Get an MCAS Account
If you are a new parent or carer, the school will need to have your correct email address recorded on our system.
- Download the MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can also access MCAS through a web browser.
- Open the app and select the option to Sign Up / Register.
- Enter the email address that you have provided to the school .
- Follow the instructions on screen to verify your details and create your account.
- Once registered, you will be able to log in and view your child’s information.
If your email address is not recognised or you are unable to register, please contact the school office so that we can check the details we hold for you.
How to Add Lunch Money
- Log in to the MCAS app.
- Select Payments.
- Select Dinner Money / School Meals.
- Choose or enter the amount you would like to add.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
Your payment will then be added to your child’s lunch account.
How to Pay for a School Trip
- Log in to the MCAS app.
- Select Payments.
- Select Trips / Products and choose the relevant trip.
- Enter or select the amount you wish to pay.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
Please Remember, lunch money and trip payments are separate. Please make sure you select the correct payment option when adding funds.
