Logging In For The First Time
Parents and Carers are issued with a username and password by email.
- Enter your username and password
- Follow the prompts to change your password
- Confirm your email address by replying to the email from PAM Parent (if you do not receive this email check your junk/spam folder)
Forgotten Your Password
If you have forgotten your PAM Parent password please do the following.
- At the PAM Parent login screen click on the Forgotten password link
- Your username will usually be your surname.firstname (all lowercase)
- When you have typed your username and email address click on the Send new password button
If you still can’t login to PAM Parent after doing the above then please send an email to password@hgschool.uk with the subject PAM Parent password help, and in the main message include your full name (as we have it on our system) and any other relevant information.
