Jack Petchey Awards
Published: Wed 18 March 2026Highbury Grove Sixth Form was proudly represented at the recent Jack Petchey Award Ceremony, where three outstanding students were recognised for their exceptional contributions to the school community and its ethos. Emir was celebrated for his generosity in supporting other students, particularly through giving his time to read and offer thoughtful feedback on personal statements. Somaya received her award for the warmth and kindness she consistently shows, always making fellow students feel welcome and included. Ergun was recognised for his confidence and openness to new ideas, qualities that have had a positive impact both in and beyond the classroom. Together, they exemplify the values of Highbury Grove and serve as inspiring role models within the Sixth Form. Congratulations to them all.
