Careers at HGS- Empower Project Explore the Creative World
Published: Thu 30 April 2026Our Empower Project students had an inspiring and action‑packed visit to Havas Village London. The group were welcomed into the impressive Pancras Square headquarters, where they were given a guided tour of the building and an inside look at how one of the world’s leading creative communications groups operates.
Students met with three professionals from across the organisation, including representatives from HR and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team. Each speaker shared their career journey, insights into their roles, and honest advice about entering the creative and media industries. Students asked thoughtful questions and gained a clearer understanding of the wide range of pathways available within a global agency.
Working in teams, students were tasked with designing an event concept for LV, one of Havas’s major clients. They had to think about branding, audience engagement, logistics and messaging, all within a tight deadline. The pitches were energetic, imaginative and confidently delivered, with prizes awarded to the winning team.
The trip offered a valuable blend of industry exposure, teamwork and real‑world problem‑solving. Our students represented the school brilliantly and left feeling motivated, informed and excited about future possibilities in the creative sector.
